250grs tuna steaks, long and thin
2 bulbs of fennel
½ leek
2 leaves of Swiss chard
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Cut the fennel, leak and Swiss chard into short, thin strips (julienne), sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of the steamer.
Sprinkle the oil evenly. Bake for 1 minute at 190ºC.
Remove the steamer from the oven and place the tuna steaks on top of the vegetables.
Sprinkle the tuna with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes at 190º. For microwave cooking: 2-3mn.
