1 ml milk
2 eggs
15 g Parmesan cheese
c/s salt and pepper
150 g sautéed courgette
100 g sautéed leeks
100 g sautéed mushrooms
140 g layer pastry

Así puedes prepararlo

Mix milk eggs and cheese and reserve.
Wrap the tart mould with a sheet of layer pastry. Reserve.
Introduce vegetables inside the wrapped mould, add the quiche appliance, sautéed vegetables with salt and pepper, bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes
