Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance Cake 125 g. creamed butter 90 g. sugar 3 eggs 180 g. flour 5 g. baking powder 1 pinch of salt 200 g. chopped walnuts Chocolate sauce: 200 g. chocolate 70 g. cream
Así puedes prepararlo
Beat the butter and sugar together using a whisk. Add the eggs one by one and finally the flour, previously mixed with the baking powder, salt and walnuts. Pour into a cake mould and bake at 160º C for 40 to 50 minutes. Leave to cool and turn out. Melt the chocolate and cream in the microwave at a low setting or in a bain-marie. Serve the cake with the chocolate sauce. You can replace the walnuts with other nuts or chopped crystallised fruit.
Vierte la mezcla en un molde y cuece al horno durante 40-45 minutos a 180ºC. Para la salsa, derrite el chocolate con la nata en el microondas 1 minuto y medio a máxima potencia (800W).
Desmolda el cake y báñalo con la salsa de chocolate.
