Así puedes prepararlo

In a bowl add the flour, chocolate, bicarbonate and salt and mix. In another bowl add the melted butter with the brown sugar and egg and mix well.  
Slowly add the flour mix to the butter and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous dough.  Stretch on the baking sheet and cover it letting it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Cut in the desired shape, preferably round and bake in the oven previously preheated at  180º C between 8 and 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool down.

For the filling:
With an electrical mixer, mix the butter, slowly adding the sugars and vanilla essence. It should become a homogeneous mixture. Fill the biscuits and ready.

Note:
In a sealed container they last up to 5 days in the fridge.
