90 g flour 2 small eggs 90 g butter 120 g sugar 135 g fondant chocolate 6 peeled half walnuts To decorate: 2 tbsl of cream cheese 1 tbsp icing sugar

Así puedes prepararlo

1 Put the chocolate and the butter in a bowl and ask your parents to melt them on a bain-marie (or in the microwave).

2 Let it cool and add the eggs one by one, stirring with a whisk.Then add the flour and sugar through a sieve .

3 Fill the moulds with the mixture, place a walnut in the middle of each one and press a little so that it sticks in the middle of the cupcake.Ask your parents to bake them in a preheated oven at 170ºC for 25 minutes. Take out of the oven, leave to cool and de-mould.

Decoration:

Mix the cheese and the icing sugar and 1 tbsp water until you have a smooth cream.Pour into the Decopen and draw on the cupcake following the shape with the smallest nozzle.
