Red onion and cucumber

Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

What you need

200 g of onion
200 g of cucumber
1 cayenne pepper
150 g of bottled water
15 g of non-iodised salt
15 g of sugar
50 g of rice vinegar

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Slice the onion and cucumber, set aside.
    2. Mix the vinegar with the water, salt and sugar and set aside.

    3. Place the onion and cucumber in the jar and place the disc on top.

    4. Add the liquid and the cayenne pepper, and check that all the vegetables are completely submerged.

    5. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
