Cold raspberry soup and vanilla whipped cream

150 g raspberry ice cream
100 g whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 vanilla bean
shredded peel of 1/2 orange
A few mint leaves to decorate

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Heat (without boiling) the cream, sugar, orange peel and the seeds of the vanilla bean.
2. Take away from the heat and let it steep approx. 30 min.
3. Remove the vanilla bean, fill the mould through the opening with the mixture, close it and freeze.
4. Serve the raspberry ice cream in a soup dish and place the ball of vanilla whipped cream in the center.
5. Decorate with a few mint leaves and serve.
