10 large strawberries, cut in quarters
3 tsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sugar
For the topping:
1/2 cup chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp refined coconut oil
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Use a whisk to blend the strawberries with the water, lemon and sugar. Empty the mixture into the moulds and freeze.
2. Prepare the icing: Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave and add the coconut oil until you have a smooth mixture.
3. When the ice lollies are ready, take them out of the freezer, de-mould them and dip them halfway with chocolate.
