The “original” crêpe

3/4 cup + 1 tbsp milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter
1/3 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
Pinch of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Put the milk and egg into the Lékué shaker, close it and shake it a couple of times.

2. Add the dry ingredients: the flour and the pinch of salt. Shake again until you have a light batter.

3. Lightly grease the frying pan with oil or butter and add the batter. Spread the batter well until it is very fine.

4. When bubbles start to form, flip your crêpe using the spatula.

5. Remove your crêpe when it’s browned on both sides.

6.Fill it to your taste and it’s ready to enjoy!
