- 5.3 oz cream
- 5.3 oz milk
- 2 vanilla pods
- 0.4 oz granola
- 1.4 oz sugar
- 1 fig
Do it this way
Separate the seeds from the vanilla pods with a knife and set them aside.
In a bowl, add the milk, cream, and sugar, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once out of the microwave, add the pods and the seeds for 10 minutes until they are infused.
After 10 minutes, remove the pods and vanilla.
Slice 4 pieces of fit and place a piece in each mould.
Finally, add some granola to each mould.
Place the moulds in the freezer for 4 hours.
Remove from the mould and it's ready to enjoy!
