Vanilla Ice Cream

The most traditional ice cream ... it's easy with Lékué!

What you need

- 5.3 oz cream
- 5.3 oz milk
- 2 vanilla pods
- 0.4 oz granola
- 1.4 oz sugar
- 1 fig

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Separate the seeds from the vanilla pods with a knife and set them aside.


    2. In a bowl, add the milk, cream, and sugar, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once out of the microwave, add the pods and the seeds for 10 minutes until they are infused.


    3. After 10 minutes, remove the pods and vanilla.


    4. Slice 4 pieces of fit and place a piece in each mould.


    5. Finally, add some granola to each mould.


    6. Place the moulds in the freezer for 4 hours.


    7. Remove from the mould and it's ready to enjoy!
