1 tbsp oil
1 small zucchini
1 small carrot, peeled
1 small yellow onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce

1. Cut the ingredients into brunoise and set them aside.
*What does ""brunoise” mean? It’s a way of finely dicing vegetables.
2. In a frying pan or wok, add the oil at a low heat and then begin sautéing the onion.
3. When the onion is golden-brown, at a medium heat add the following ingredients in this order: carrot, green pepper and zucchini.
4. Once the vegetables are golden-brown, add the garlic, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add your filling and… your Veggie Bun or Veggie Bao is now ready!
