Salty caramel popsicle

What you need

2 egg yolks
100 g of milk
250 g of cream
50 g of condensed milk
80 g brown sugar
30 ml of water
1 spoon of vanilla
Coarse salt

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Mix the water with the sugar to make a caramel sauce in the stove. Pour the caramel sauce into each of the 4 moulds and make sure to coat them evenly. Set aside.

    2. Mix together the condensed milk, the cream, the milk and the vanilla and put it in the at maximum power for 4 minutes.

    3. Combine the egg yolks with the previous mix. Beat well.

    4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds filling them up to the marked line.

    5. Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours.

    6. Remove from the mold and... they’re ready to enjoy!
