Strawberry cheesecake

Prepare a delicious strawberry cheesecake with your ice cream mold!

What you need

Cream cheese at room temperature
100 g
Whipping cream
50 g
Strawberries
150 g
Agave syrup
50 g
Unflavoured gelatine powder
12 g (or 7 sheets of gelatine)
Water
50 ml
Base
 
Hardtack biscuit
75 g

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. In a bowl, soak the gelatine in cold water.
  2. In another bowl, add the cream cheese, cream, syrup, strawberries, and beat.
  3. Heat the gelatine in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800W. Add to the previous mixture, while continuing to mix.
  4. Pour into the Strawberry Ice Cream moulds. Use the Popsicle Caps to cover the hole in the mould.
  5. Leave in a refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. Remove and place onto a small plate. You can top it with biscuit crumbs to give it a crispy finish! Ready to eat!
