Vegan kiwi and apple jelly

What you need

Green apple
1/2 (150 g)
Kiwi
2 (150 g)
Lemon juice
10 ml
Sugar
40 g
Water
100 ml
Agar agar
8 g

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Mash the cut kiwi and apple in a bowl and add the lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan. When boiling, add the agar agar. Stir for 4 minutes or until the sheets dissolve. Add to the previous mix.
  3. Pour into the Cactus Popsicle Molds. Use the Popsicle Caps to cover the hole in the mould.
  4. Leave to rest for 4 hours in a refrigerator.
  5. Remove and it's ready to eat!
