Vichyssoise

The easiest and fastest way to prepare a Vichyssoise!

What you need

2 pcs. of leek
1 pc. of potato
1/2 pc. of white onion
Salt
400ml of chicken or vegetable stock
10g of olive oil
30g of butter

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Chop the onion, leek and potato

    2. Place all the vegetables in the Deep Steam Case and cook them in the microwave for 7 mins (800W).

    3. Remove the vegetables from the Deep Steam Case and mix them with the stock, olive oil, salt and butter.

    4. Put the mixture back in the Deep Steam Case and cook in the microwave for 2 more minutes.


      Now you can enjoy this wonderful vichyssoise!
