To prepare the dough mix the flour with butter, add a pinch of salt and gradually incorporate the water till you get a dough that does not stick or break
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Knead with a rolling pin on a table sprinkled with flour. Cover with a baking paper and spread over dried vetables and bake for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven, remove vegetables and the paper. Save
Peel and cut onion into thin slices. Cut the base of the asparagus and slice them. Remove the ends of the zucchini and cut into slices.
Grind the tofu with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the onion in the microwave in the Steam Cooker for 2 minutes to 800W. Then add the zucchini and cook for 1 minute. And finally add the asparagus and cook for 1 minute
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Mix the tofu gently. Pour over the cooked dough and add the cooked vegetables
Cut Cherry tomatoes and place them above the surface.
Bake for 25 minutes or till it gets Brown. Remove and add olive oil and serve
