Yoghurt sponge cake with chocolate chips

A microwave yogurt cake ... and in 20 minutes!

What you need

Wheat flour
100 g
Sugar
50 g
Egg
1
Yoghurt
60 g
Olive oil
50 ml
Baking powder
1 tsp
Vanilla essence
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder
10 g
Chocolate chips
100 g

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Beat the yogurt with the egg, sugar, oil, and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the flour and baking powder mixture into the previous mix.
  3. To get two colours, you can add cocoa powder to 1/3 of the mixture. Add chocolate chips to the rest of the mix.
  4. Use the Watermelon ice cream to make some original cakes. Use the Popsicle Caps to cover the hole in the mould.
  5. Brush the moulds with oil.
  6. Create the seeds using the brown dough and pour in the rest of the mix, without reaching the edge of the mould.
  7. Heat in the microwave for 50 seconds at 800W.
  8. Wait 2 minutes to release and enjoy!
