Asian fried cauliflower rice

Ingredients
- 200g of cauliflower
- 60g of carrot
- 60g of onion
- 2 eggs
- 100g chicken or tofu
- 30g of red pepper
- Fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Method
- Cut the onion, carrot, green pepper, red pepper and chicken into small cubes. Reservation.
- Crush the cauliflower flowers with the Veggie Ricer and cook in the Steam Case with a spoonful of soy sauce for 4 minutes.
- Sauté the chicken or tofu until golden brown and reserve.
- In a pan sauté the vegetables and reserve.
- In the same pan, cook the eggs stirring and leaving it as loose as possible, add the cooked cauliflower, the chicken, a little soy sauce and the chives.
- Before serving and out of the fire add the sesame oil and serve.
