Chocolate Popcorn

With chocolate and healthy ! (Adapted quantities to the Mini Microwave PopCorn)

Ingredients

  • 20 g of corn
  • 5 g of olive oil or butter
  • 20 g of chocolate

Method

  1. Put the corn in the Popcorn.
  2. Add the butter or the oil, the spice mixture and the salt.
  3. Put the lid on the Popcorn and place the container in the microwave. It is important that you place it at an edge of rotary the plate, not in the center of the microwave.
  4. Cook for 1 minute: the popcorn will have started to pop.
  5. Halfway through cooking, add the chocolate in pieces.
  6. Cook 30 seconds more, so that the chocolate melts and the corn finishes exploding.
  7. Stir the covered product so that the popcorn is impregnated with chocolate. At the end of the process, before stirring, you can also add orange zest or salt flakes to give it different flavors. Enjoy! Chocolate is a very sensitive ingredient to heat, that's why we introduce it in the last seconds of cooking.
