Ensalada de Quinoa real

Ingredients
- 120g of Royal
- Quinoa 300ml of water
- 150g of Cherry
- Tomatoes 50g of white
- onion 50g of cucumber
- 15ml e lemon
- 10 mint leaves
- 10 coriander leaves
- 40g of olive
- oil Salt/Pepper
Method
- Cook the quinoa in the RiceCooker with water and a little salt, microwave it for 11 minutes at maximum power and then let it rest for 3 minutes.
- Chop the tomatoes into 4 and the onion, cucumber into brunoise very small and mix them with the mint and coriander.
- Let the quinoa cool and mix all the ingredients with the oil and lemon juice and adjust with salt and pepper. Observations - It is important to let it rest for a minute or two after cooking in the microwave. - You can make this recipe with any cereal, amaranth, wheat, among others.
