Fluffy chocolate brownie

Follow this easy recipe for brownie and surprise yourself with the result!
Ingredients
- 120 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 120 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 175 g chocolate fondant + 75 g chocolate fondant
- 150 g pecans
Method
- Place 175 g of chocolate and the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave in rounds of 30 seconds, avoiding burning the chocolate, until a liquid mixture is obtained.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using a whisk and add the chocolate and butter mixture. Then add the sifted flour and, lastly, half of the whole walnuts and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and level the surface with a spatula. Distribute the remaining chopped chocolate and walnuts on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC and bake for 25 minutes. Finally, remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve. *For best results, grease or flour the pan at the beginning of the preparation.
