Ingredients

  • 120 gr / 40 oz fusilli pasta
  • 300 ml / 10 fl.oz water
  • 100 g /3,5 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g /3,5 oz. mushrooms
  • ½ aubergine
  • ½ courgette
  • 1 garlic
  • ½ white onion
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • 1 Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Finely chop the onions, garlic and cayenne pepper and introduce them into the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker together with a spoonful of water, salt and pepper. Cook in the microwave for 2 min at maximum power (900W).
  2. Dice the eggplant and zucchini into 1-cm cubes and the tomatoes in halves.
  3. Remove the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker from the microwave and add the onions, garlic, eggplant and mushrooms. Cook in the microwave for 3 min at maximum power (900W).
  4. Remove the vegetables from the microwave and set aside.
  5. Introduce the pasta with water and salt in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker and cook it in the microwave for 10 min at maximum power (900W).
  6. To finish the sauce, mix the cherry tomatoes with the vegetables, culinary herbs, salt, pepper and Modena vinegar.
  7. Remove the pasta from the microwave and wring the excess water. Mix the pasta with the olive oil, vegetables and sauce. Allow to cool and serve.
