Grilled Pumpkin with coriander and cream cheese

Your grilled food, done in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 150g pumpkin
- 10g pumpkin seeds
- 5g coriander
- 25g cream cheese
- 20g olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes in the microwave full power (900W).
- Peel and cut the pumkin in slices of 1cm (very Important to be uniform).
- Chop the coriander and reserve.
- Mix the butter squash with some olive oil, salt, pepper, some chopped coriander.
- Grill the butter squash in the Microwave Grill already preheated for 5 minutes, flip it and cook it for 5 minutes more in the microwave full power (900W). Remove from the microwave and serve it.
- Place the butter squash, make quenelles with the cream cheese and put it on top, add some of the oil on top and serve. Ready to enjoy!
