Oats with coconut and mango milk

Ingredients

  • 180g of oat flakes
  • 40g of honey
  • 300g of coconut milk
  • 200g of water
  • 1 ripe mango

Method

  1. Weigh and cook the oatmeal with the coconut milk, honey and water, in the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker for 7 minutes in the microwave at maximum power (900W).
  2. Peel and cut the mango into small pieces and reserve.
  3. Once the oatmeal is ready, add the mango. Ready!
