Pork skewers with apricot

Ingredients
- 400 gr (14 oz) of pork
- 1 ut of green pepper
- 1 ut of white onion
- Fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 tbsp apricot pulp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Black pepper
Method
- Preheat the Microwave Grill XL, for 3 min. at maximum power (900W), in the microwave.
- Cut the pork, the pepper and the onion into 2 and a half cm cubes and form skewers interspersing the pieces.
- Place the skewers in the Microwave Grill XL and cook in the microwave, at a maximum power of 900W, for 10 minutes.
- Chop the coriander and mix it with the brown sugar, apricot pulp, soy and black pepper.
- Serve the skewers with the sauce prepared earlier. ready!
