Pork skewers with apricot

An incredible blend of flavours!

Ingredients

  • 400 gr (14 oz) of pork
  • 1 ut of green pepper
  • 1 ut of white onion
  • Fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp apricot pulp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the Microwave Grill XL, for 3 min. at maximum power (900W), in the microwave.
  2. Cut the pork, the pepper and the onion into 2 and a half cm cubes and form skewers interspersing the pieces.
  3. Place the skewers in the Microwave Grill XL and cook in the microwave, at a maximum power of 900W, for 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the coriander and mix it with the brown sugar, apricot pulp, soy and black pepper.
  5. Serve the skewers with the sauce prepared earlier. ready!
