Quinoa and chickpeas burger

Your grilled food, done in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 100g cooked quinoa
- 100g cooked chickpeas
- 1 egg white
- 50g onion
- 1 cumin
- Salt / Pepper
- 10g cornflour
- Olive oil
Method
- Preheat the Microwave Grill, for 3 min. at maximum power (900W), in the microwave.
- Finely chop the onion and crush the chickpeas.
- Mix all the ingredients and let the mixture rest.
- Divide the mixture of lentils and quinoa and make two hamburgers. With a brush, spread a little olive oil on each side of the burgers and sprinkle them.
- Place the burgers in the Microwave Grill, introduce it for 7 minutes to the microwave. Remove it, serve it and ... ready to enjoy!
