Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
- 2 green apples
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 1 ¼ cups of apple juice
- 1 cup of milk
Method
- Cut the apples into small pieces and place in the Rice&Grain Cooker along with the remaining ingredients.
- Stir with the spoon, cover and cook in the microwave at 800W for 7 minutes.
- Stir again, cover and leave to stand for 1 minute.
- Add crushed nuts.
- Serve hot.
