Aromatic rice with mushrooms and garlic

Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Thai rice
- 2 Cups of hot water
- 5g of assorted dried mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 small bay leaf
- Salt
Method
- Put the rice with all the ingredients except the water in the Cooking Bag.
- Close the bag and leave to aromatize for 1 night. This process is optional, but, the longer the rice is in touch with the other scents, the more aromatic it will turn out.
- Add the water and cook in the microwave oven for 10 minutes at 600 W with the bag open.
- When it is cooked, close hermetically the bag and let it stand for 5 min.
