Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 30g butter
- 50g sugar
- 30g flour
- 40g semi-bitter chocolat
- 40g chopped walnuts
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter in microwave (thaw mode) and leave to cool.
- Add sugar, eggs, flour and chopped walnuts and pour into the mould.
- Bake in a hot oven (180-200ºC or gas mark 6 or 7) for 10 to 15 minutes, (depending on type of oven).
- Lower temperature of oven and bake until top looks crunchy.
- While it’s still warm, cut brownie into 3- or 4-cm chunks after you’ve taken it out of the mould, using a smooth-blade knife. Sieve icing sugar over the top.
