Caramel & nut sticks

 Ingredients
- 200 g sugar
 - 70 g nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, walnuts, macadamia…)
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
Method
- Chop the nuts
 - Place the sugar in a saucepan, add the lemon juice and cook until you obtain a clear caramel. Add the nuts, stir and remove from heat quickly before the caramel darkens.
 - Pour into C’rush trays and allow to cool. Once cool, remove from the C’rush tray.
 - You can also serve the cubes after dipping one end in melted chocolate.
