Chicken breast with bacon and dates

Ingredients
- 250 gr. chicken breast
- 3 slices bacon
- 6 dates
- 2 teaspoons of a blend of five spices
- Salt
- Pepper
- String to tie the chicken
- Balsamic vinegar reduction
Method
- Boil water in a saucepan. Add the teaspoon of spices and cover.
- Clean the chicken breast and remove fat.
- Open it, without cutting in two.
- Place the bacon and the dates inside (the dates should be open de-seeded).
- Tie with the string and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- When the water is boiling, place the chicken in the steamer and cover.
- Cook for approx. 14 minutes.
- Let cool and untie. Cut in 1 cm slices.
- Serve with the balsamic reduction.
