Monkfish skewer with bacon and rosemary

Ingredients
- 350 g of monkfish loin
- 8 thin bacon slices
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoons of mustard
- 25 ml of liquid cream
Method
- Chop the monkfish into 3 cm wide cubes.
- Make skewers with cubes of monkfish, one of them wrapped in a bacon slice, and place on the Steam Case's tray.
- Pour the wine and place the rosemary sprig inside the Steam Case and place the tray with the skewers on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
- Remove the skewers from the Steam Case and set aside.
- Use the juices and wine to cook the skewers. Mix it with the sauce ingredients in the Steam Case and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Once the sauce is ready, put the skewers back in the Steam Case and heat everything again 1 minute in the microwave. Serve it.
