Monkfish skewer with bacon and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 350 g of monkfish loin
  • 8 thin bacon slices
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tablespoons of mustard
  • 25 ml of liquid cream

Method

  1. Chop the monkfish into 3 cm wide cubes.
  2. Make skewers with cubes of monkfish, one of them wrapped in a bacon slice, and place on the Steam Case's tray.
  3. Pour the wine and place the rosemary sprig inside the Steam Case and place the tray with the skewers on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove the skewers from the Steam Case and set aside.
  6. Use the juices and wine to cook the skewers. Mix it with the sauce ingredients in the Steam Case and microwave for 3 minutes.
  7. Once the sauce is ready, put the skewers back in the Steam Case and heat everything again 1 minute in the microwave. Serve it.
