Pork and vegetables in papillote

Ingredients

  • 1/3 beef stock cube
  • 1 pork steak, cut in cubes
  • ½ Courgette
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cauliflower florets
  • 2 Broccoli florets
  • Pinch of oregano
  • Oil

Method

  1. Slice all the vegetables in julienne strips.
  2. Heat ½ cup of water and add the beef stock cube.
  3. Place the meat and the vegetables in the Steam Case and add a pinch of oregano and a dash of oil.
  4. When the stock cube has dissolved completely, add it to the vegetables and meat.
  5. Cook in the oven at 200º for 30 minutes.
  6. Open the Steam Case for 5 minutes to brown the vegetables and meat and serve immediately.
