Rack of lamb with herb dressing

Ingredients
- 130g rack of lamb (prepared at the butcher's)
- 1 tomato halved
- 1 teaspoon of water
- For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Dry rosemary
- Dry oregano
- Dry parsley
- Dry thyme
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Mix the oil, herbs, salt and pepper together.
- Coat the rack of lamb with the dressing.
- Put it, the tomato and the water into the steam case.
- Close and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power (800W).
