Scrambled eggs with mushrooms on toast

Learn how to prepare a simple mushroom scramble.
Ingredients
- 100g roughly chopped mushrooms
- 100ml water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 egg
- 20ml milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Put the mushrooms, water and olive oil into the steam case and season to taste.
- Close and cook in the microwave for 7 minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Beat the egg, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Remove the steam case from the microwave and fold in the beaten egg.
- Close the lids and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Remove the case and gently stir the mixture.
- Close and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Serve on slices of toast.
- Tip: If you'd like to vary your scrambled eggs, follow the same procedure and replace the mushrooms with the same amount of spring onions or another type of vegetable.
