Sweet waffles (Chocolate sauce with strawberries)

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 410 ml milk
  • 240 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 110 g butter
  • For seasoning:
  • Cream, caramel and nuts.

Method

  1. Melt the butter and mix it with the beaten eggs and milk.
  2. Add the flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and baking powder mixed and stir well with a hand whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Place the molds on the oven tray, pour the mixture into the 2 waffle molds and cook in the middle part of the oven, preheated to 220ºC, for 8-9 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, unmold the waffles onto the oven tray and cook drawn side up for about 4-5 minutes more until golden brown.
  5. For the chocolate sauce, heat 200 ml of liquid cream and 180 g of chopped fondant chocolate.
