Sweet waffles (Chocolate sauce with strawberries)

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 410 ml milk
- 240 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 110 g butter
- For seasoning:
- Cream, caramel and nuts.
Method
- Melt the butter and mix it with the beaten eggs and milk.
- Add the flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and baking powder mixed and stir well with a hand whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Place the molds on the oven tray, pour the mixture into the 2 waffle molds and cook in the middle part of the oven, preheated to 220ºC, for 8-9 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, unmold the waffles onto the oven tray and cook drawn side up for about 4-5 minutes more until golden brown.
- For the chocolate sauce, heat 200 ml of liquid cream and 180 g of chopped fondant chocolate.
