Tagliatelle with pear, walnuts and gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 160 g of noodles
  • 45 g of gorgonzola cheese
  • 100 g of liquid cream
  • 1 pear
  • 25 g of walnuts
  • Water
  • Salt

Method

  1. Microwave the noodles in the PastaCooker following the product instructions. Once finished, drain within the PastaCooker itself.
  2. Add the cream, the diced gorgonzola cheese and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir, cover and microwave 2 minutes longer.
  4. Add the slightly chopped nuts and the small diced pear.
  5. Mix all ingredients and serve.
  6. Save some of the gorgonzola cheese cubes to add on top when ready to serve.
