Tomato, chopped meat and aubergine sauce

Quick Bolognese Sauce in the Microwave.

Ingredients

  • 50 g chopped meat
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • ½ aubergine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Place the chopped meat and aubergine, also chopped, in the mini steam case, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the oil, close and cook in the microwave at 650-800W for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and oregano, close and cook for 1 minute. Stir and serve over boiled pasta.
