Tomato, chopped meat and aubergine sauce

Quick Bolognese Sauce in the Microwave.
 Ingredients
- 50 g chopped meat
 - 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
 - ½ aubergine
 - salt
 - pepper
 - oregano
 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
 
Method
- Place the chopped meat and aubergine, also chopped, in the mini steam case, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the oil, close and cook in the microwave at 650-800W for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and oregano, close and cook for 1 minute. Stir and serve over boiled pasta.
