Truffle cubes

Ingredients
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method
- Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl. Add the boiling cream and stir until chocolate dissolves. Add the rum, stir and pour into two C’rush trays.
- Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely set.
- Remove from the C'rush trays one cube at a time and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve on a platter with coffee.
- Tip: Wrapping one end of the cube with aluminum foil prevents the chocolate from melting in your hands.
