Regional vegetable and goats cheese pizza

Your grilled food, done in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 30g (¼ of 1) pizza dough
- 30g goats cheese
- 10g red pepper
- 10g green bell pepper
- 10g onion
Method
- Preheat the Microwave Grill in the microwave for 3 minutes full power (900W).
- Cut the vegetables into julienne and reserve them.
- Place the mass in the Microwave Grill and introduce it in the microwave for 2 min. at full power (900W).
- Remove it. Turn the dough and place on it the vegetables and the goat cheese.
- Replace the dough in the microwave with the vegetables and cheese, and introduce it again in the microwave for 6 min. at full power (900W). Retreat, serve and ... enjoy!
