Sweet potato and ginger cream

Prepare this seasonal sweet potato cream!
Ingredients
- 700g of sweet potato
- 50g of ginger
- 200g of cream
- 100g of Figueras' onion
- 300g of chicken or vegetable stock
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 30g of olive oil
Method
- Finely chop the onion and ginger. Chop the sweet potato.
- Place the vegetables in the Deep Steam Case and cook in the microwave for 12 mins (800W).
- Remove the vegetables from the Deep Steam Case and mix them with the cream, stock, olive oil, salt and pepper.
