Tofu and curry sausages

Delicious homemade vegan tofu sausages!
Ingredients
- Carrot 100 g
- Potato, peeled and cut 75 g
- Onion 50 g
- Olive oil 20 ml
- Tofu 100 g
- Chopped almonds 20 g
- Gluten-free buckwheat flour 25 g
- Curry (tandoori masala) 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
Method
- Peel and cut the carrot, potato and onion into small pieces. Place in the Steam Case with the olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Place the previous mix in a bowl with the tofu, salt, curry and blend to get an even mix.
- Cut the almond into very small pieces and add to the previous mix together with the flour, until all the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mix into the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes before removing the sausages.
- For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).
