Orange & Mango Ice Cream

Prep Time: 30 min + freezing
Makes: 4 ice lollipops
Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 30 g / 1.06 oz honey
- 125 ml / 4.23 fl oz whole milk
- 125 ml / 4.23 fl oz heavy cream (35% fat)
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ mango
- 2–3 strawberries
Method
- 1. Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice.
- 2. Blend the zest with honey, cream, milk, and cornstarch.
- 3. Add the orange juice and blend again.
- 4. Fill the Ice Lollipop moulds with the mixture and add small cubes of fresh mango and strawberries. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
- 5. Once out of the freezer, wait 3 minutes before removing the ice lolly from the mould.
- 6. Your orange and mango ice lollipops are ready to enjoy!
