Perch filet with seafood delicacies

Ingredients

  • 1 perch filet 180 gr. approx
  • 50 gr. gulas
  • 3 surimi sticks
  • 3 piquillo peppers
  • 2 spring onions (or string)
  • 2 medium potatoes.

Method

  1. Slice the perch open. Open the peppers and place on top of the fish
  2. Place the surimi and the gulas on top. Cover with the other half of the fish and tie with the spring onion (or the string).
  3. Place in the steamer. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them on the other level of the steam, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Put water to boil. When boiling, place the potatoes first, then the fish. Cook for 10-11 minutes.
  5. Suggestion: serve the perch along with a light sauce: mayonnaise, tartar...
