What you need

For the burger:

600g fresh salmon or whitefish free of skin and bones
2 tbsp. grated or chopped breadcrumbs
1 spring onion
8 stalks of chives
2 tsp. old-style mustard
salt

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Peel the spring onion and chop finely with the chives. Chop the fish and mix in a bowl with the spring onion, chives, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt and pepper.

2. Make 4 hamburgers.

3. Add the other ingredients.

Mango sauce:

Chop the mango and radish and season with lime juice, oil, salt, pepper and coriander leaves.
