Think grub packed with protein and good fats, with barely a carb in sight. Start the day this way, and you'll cruise through the morning in ketosis, tapping into that sweet spot where your body uses fat for fuel instead of glucose. .
Now, a quick heads-up. Keto breakfasts aren't for everyone. If you're expecting, smashing fitness goals, or need more carbs to power your day, this might not be the best way to start the day.
