Bake delicious chocolate donuts at home!

What you need

Oat flour
160 g
Hazelnut flour
120 g
Sugar-free cocoa powder
60 g
Eggs
4
Natural yogurt
200 g
Olive oil
40 g
Baking powder
10 g
Agave syrup
200 g
Salt
4 g

For the topping:

Chocolate (80% cocoa content)
200 g

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Place the eggs in a bowl with the agave syrup and beat until you get an airy (foamy) mixture.
  3. Add the yogurt and olive oil to the previous mixture. Beat until you get an even mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, and then add them to the previous mixture. Mix until the ingredients are evenly blended.
  5. Place the mixture in each chamber of the Mold for donuts using a spoon.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
  7. Leave to cool and remove.
  8. For the topping, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and place it back in the microwave for another 20 seconds until the chocolate is liquid.
  9. Dip one side of the donut into the chocolate, let the excess drip off and leave to rest until the chocolate hardens. Ready to eat!
