Chocolate savarin and classic savarin
Prepare your own homemade Savarin cake
Ingredients for 2 savarins
3 eggs
1 lemon yogurt
3 yogurt-cups of flour
2 yogurt-cups of sugar
1 yogurt-cup of olive oil
1 envelope of baking powder
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon milk
To decorate the chocolate one:
50 g dessert chocolate
50 g whipping cream
Chocolate shavings
Currants
To decorate the light one:
50 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4-5 walnuts
2 candied orange peels
Pine or rosemary sprigs

In a bowl, pour the eggs and sugar and beat 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
Add the lemon peel, yogurt, and the sifted flour and yeast. Mix again and finally, add the oil. Add the cocoa and milk to half the dough.
Coat the 22-cm deep savarin mold with butter and in pour one of the prepared mixtures.
Bake in the oven, pre-heated to 180ºC, for 30 minutes. Before taking it out, stick a toothpick in the center to see if it's done.
Let cool completely and unmold the savarin.
Repeat the cooking process with the other prepared mixture.
For the decoration:
Heat the cream and place it in a bowl with the chopped chocolate.
Pour it over the cocoa savarin and let cool a little before topping with the chocolate chips and currants.
Mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice and pour over the light savarin.
10. Finish decorating with walnuts, bits of candied orange peel and pine or rosemary sprigs.
