- Mix warm milk with the sugar and dried yeast until the yeast is completely dissolved.
- In another bowl, add the flour to the salt.
- Add the milk and the room temperature butter, the vanilla essence, and the egg.
- Combine the two mixtures and knead for 10 minutes.
- Leave the dough to rest covered for 30 to 40 minutes in a warm place.
- Form 40 gram balls and place them in each chamber of the Mold for donuts, from the center to the outside.
- Leave to rest covered for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
- Leave to cool and remove.
- For the topping, mix the icing sugar and the water to form a smooth mixture, and coat the donuts. Ready to eat!
