What you need

Ingredients for the biscuit base
50 g grated carrot
1 tsp spices (ginger, cloves, nutmeg)
*Add these ingredients to the base recipe

Ingredients for the cream:
200 g spreadable fresh cheese
200 g whipped cream
1 tsp orange peel
a few drops of vanilla essence
100 g icing sugar

Ingredients for decorating:
50 g fondant
a few mint leaves
1 tsp soluble coffee

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Use a whisk to mix the cheese in a large bowl with the vanilla, sugar and orange peel.
    2. Add the whipped cream using circling movements and put it into the Decomax with a flat nozzle.

    3. Fill the Cookie Glass and finish off with a mini carrot fondant and mint leaves sprinkled with the soluble coffee.
